Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. After a request has been made and you receive the instructions to return your package, the package must be postmarked with the return address within 7 days.
*Refund exception for holiday season*
With respect to the tradition of giving gifts, orders made between November 18th and December 25th can be processed for an extended return policy. Returns must be requested by January 10th for these holiday seasonal orders. After a request has been made and you receive the instructions to return your package, the package must be postmarked with the return address within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with its tags. If approved, you will receive an online store credit voucher via email.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mplusbboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the delivery service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bralettes, bodysuits, accessories + jewelry, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sale items are defined as items listed under the "SALE" collection.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 5-7 business days for our shop to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
If approved, you will receive an online store credit voucher via email. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
